send in an old monitor. got back a nicer clearer one instead. i think they bloody hell spoit the old one.. coz (i got markings on my old monitor that i know of but they gave me a completely different one which has other scars but i got no complains haha since this one is super sharp.) hope my cousin will love her new 19 inch crt monitor.
